Digital Design & Software Specialist

Founder & CEO

Leah has been studying and working with real estate marketing & technology for over a decade, specializing in the KW provided Tech Tools. Leah has a deep passion for helping real estate agents with marketing and technology, to help grow their business and make their digital presence shine. Leah is Dotloop Certified and a KW DocuSign Specialist, teaching classes on a national and local level to hundreds of KW agents across the country. Leah also teaches classes on the KW Tech Tools including SmartPlans, Marketing, Transactions, Landing Pages and more!

After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Marketing and PR from Adrian College, Leah got her real estate license and graduated from the KW IGNITE program in 2012. Leah worked for the KW Ballantyne Market Center as leadership in Technology and as the AMCA for over 5 years, before transitioning into Scott Le Roy Marketing’s Support Specialist at a national level. While at Scott Le Roy Marketing, Leah helped KW agents all over the country, consulting, troubleshooting and training. With unparalleled knowledge in this field, Leah is excited to share her research and experience with agents to truly set their business apart!

In her free time, Leah enjoys coaching figure skating, going to her husband’s hockey games and teaching her two kids how to skate! Leah is an avid writer and enjoys relaxing days on the beach with a good book and slice of pizza!

Founder & CEO

Jules graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a degree in Business with a speciality in Marketing from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Combining her passion for Marketing and interest in Real Estate, Jules took a job at Scott Le Roy Marketing, starting as a Quality Assurance Specialist & transitioning to Digital Marketing Specialist on the Support Team. During Jules’ five years at Scott Le Roy Marketing, she had an array of tasks and responsibilities – quickly teaching her the ins and outs of the industry & KW technology. She especially enjoyed being able to help agents by troubleshooting the KW technology to ensure they could optimize their marketing needs as well as share her knowledge by teaching classes on MyKW, Command Website, Listing & Landing Pages, and Database Management.

Jules also has a strong passion for Videography and Photography. Her love for creating videos and photos started at a young age and has grown and integrated with her love of Marketing. As videography and photography rise as a crucial marketing tool, Jules is excited to incorporate her enthusiasm, experience, and skill to make agents truly stand out!

Jules is a (South) Charlotte-native and after college, moved back to the Uptown area. She enjoys trying out new restaurants throughout Charlotte and is currently on the hunt for the best Buffalo Wings in town! She also really enjoys listening to podcasts and rooting for UNC sports.
